You may return any unworn and unwashed items for a full refund if they are postmarked back to us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and original packaging. Returns postmarked back to us between 16-30 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restock fee for returns that do not follow our return policies. To get started, just submit a return request through your shopify customer account here. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

All sale items, underwear and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

On launch days orders cannot be canceled or modified in order to keep inventory accurate and prevent overselling. Please double check your sizes and styles before checking out.

To keep your garment looking its best, we recommend a delicate machine wash or hand wash in cold water with like colors, followed by laying it flat to dry. Because of the soft nature of the fabric, we recommend washing with like items and avoiding rough elements such as zippers or Velcro, or placing it in a garment bag for added protection.

Our organic Pima cotton fabrics are produced using a GOTS-certified, low-impact dyeing process, with strict standards around the chemicals used during dyeing and wet processing. As with richly colored or printed natural-fiber garments, some color transfer may occur, particularly during the first few washes. For extra peace of mind, we recommend using a color catcher and washing with like colors, especially when washing darker or more saturated colors.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS, with free shipping on orders over $150. Multiple orders will automatically be combined and shipping refunded as long as none of the orders have shipped yet and they are under the same shopify account. 

For international orders please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and packages returned due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.

Our garments are designed to fit true to size. Thanks to the soft, flexible nature of Pima cotton, we offer skip sizing in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and select styles in size 12. For exact garment measurements, please refer to the individual product pages.
